Your invoices and Tradeparency exports are read in your browser and never uploaded. This page covers the Depletion Reconciler website and the Reconciler Filler browser extension.

Your files

Distributor invoices and Tradeparency exports you drop into Depletion Reconciler are read and matched inside your browser. Their contents (product names, prices, quantities, customer rows) are never sent to us or anyone else.

Saved picks and rules you teach the tool are stored in your browser's local storage on that computer only.

What the website sends

• Usage counts. After each run, a random ID for your browser plus the run's line count, allowance dollar total and how many lines were filled or flagged. No file contents, product names, file names or distributor names.
• Trial and license checks. The same random browser ID and, if you have one, your access key, so we can confirm your trial or plan.
• Payments. Checkout is handled by Stripe. We never see your card number.
• Forms you choose to send. If you contact us or ask us to add a file format, we receive what you type in the form (for a format request, only the column headings).

The Reconciler Filler extension

The extension runs only on depletionreconciler.netlify.app and app.tradeparency.com. It copies the matched results from your reconciler tab into the extension's own storage on your computer, then types the case totals into the Tradeparency screen you have open. It collects no personal data, sends nothing to any server, uses no analytics and never saves or submits in Tradeparency for you.

What we never do

• We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties.
• We do not use your data for advertising, credit or lending decisions, or anything outside reconciling your depletion allowances.
